BOOKING POLICY :

1. The Powder Guides will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents which occur before, during or after any tour.

2. All participants are required to sign a release of liability waiver before tour commencement.

3. All tours require full payment at time of booking.

4. Rescheduling of tours due to bad weather is at the discretion of The Powder Guides.

5. The tour will be cancelled due to a “no show” after 30 minutes.

6. All prices are subject to change until full payment has been received.

72 HOURS BEFORE TOUR = 50% REFUND
 
48 HOURS BEFORE TOUR = 25% REFUND
 
24 HOURS BEFORE TOUR = 0% REFUND
